Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders using USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. You choose your carrier at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days for t shirts (excluding weekends and holidays). Our t shirt order are made upon receipt of order. Orders other than t shirt are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Please note that we do not guarantee delivery timeframes, as delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (carrier delays, weather, holidays, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Insurance (Optional)
We offer optional shipping insurance for added protection.

  • Insurance must be requested before your order is shipped

  • This covers your package in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

If you would like to add shipping insurance, please contact us immediately after placing your order or select it at checkout (if available).

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged and you purchased shipping insurance, please contact us at support@banglesandtees.com  within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
