No Refunds
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All eligible returns will be processed as store credit or exchanges only.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

ALL original tags and packaging must be included
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or item:

Once approved, send your item back following our instructions

Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, this can take 1-4 business days
Store Credit
If you prefer store credit:

You will receive a digital credit for the value of your returned item only

Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Perfumes, leggings, undergarments, worn items
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
